FictionAlley stories are still down (again)

We're not sure what's going on. Our host told us that "[i]t looks like
the system was completely powered off..." at the source, and they've
turned it on and rebooted it, but we're still down.
They're working on it and we're sending regularly time emails to ask
what's up.
Our two server techies are both AFK for a few more days and we can't do
anything without at least one of them weighing in, because the problem
at our host is so inexplicable that one of them needs to look at it. In
other words, there is no rational explanation for why the site is not
working, as all the servers are online and direct links to the fics are
working (the Park is on a separate server, which is why it's working
fine).
The Park is working, so we recommend using spending some time there
today.
We're really sorry, angry, frustrated and completely at a loss as to how
to fix this, other than move to a different server host, which would
cost between 400 and 600 dollars per month, which we can't afford in any
way (our annual income us somewhere under two thousand dollars, apart
from anything we raise for the Katie O'Brien scholarships).
