British or American spellings

I vote for British spelling *and* punctuation.  It *is* the convention
that JKR uses when she writes, after all.  Despite the overwhelming US
majority on the lists, it would do us Yanks a bit of good to abide by
another set of conventions instead of having everything translated for us.
