Paul, a puzzle for you.

Tried x number of times to access your page this morning, both from 
'Bookmarks' and from the hyperlink in one of your mails, without 
success.

So I closed down my mail service, browser and internet link and 
re-started. In at my first attempt. Obviously something changed - 
possibly the chain of servers in the connection.
Is this common?
