Yes, I  do  normally,  but I like to maintain the whinging stance I 
took way back at the start of this board, complaining about 
trans-atlantic verbal neologisms.

But Anne! This is the right way to do it! You're supposed to memorise 
the index before you start. Deary me, can't  make life to easy for the 
reader, now can we?
