Thanks for this Paul..I thought my browser couldn't see them, then I 
realised there were only one or two where we actually had a 
definition..doh..

Right, folks..we need to write some definitions for each of the 
categories on our list. I will do some for one of the early sections, 
but then perhaps we can all share this task (hopes..)

I will post the definitions here before entering them in the 
definitions boxes, to make it easier to discuss them.
