I can't remember where you are.  But if you're in Pittsburgh, the IP
address you are using now changed slightly from what you had last
week.  I've added this new range of IP numbers to solve this.

I just tried to connect, and got the message that "The connection was
refused..."   Perhaps Paul has not turned his computer back on yet?
