Minor rant...can we speed up the coding a little??

Has the site address changed from the one listed in the "Cataloguing 
Notes V3" file?  I just tried that one, and got a page not found 
error.  Can't remember if that's what happens when one doesn't have 
access, or if I made some other mistake.  Anyway, if I did it 
correctly, can you check and see if my IP address showed up?
