Catalogue access problems..

Just a quick reminder - if anyone can't get in to the catalogue for 
any reason, please always, every time, send a quick email to Paul and 
let him know. 

Copy it to me by all means, but I can't actually do anything to 
resolve the problem, obviously.

Paul will always respond within a few hours, often faster, and it's 
usually something very simple that takes him a minute or two to fix.

I'm sorry that a couple of you seem to have endlessly variable IP 
addresses, but there doesn't seem to be anything for it, but to keep 
trying to pin down the range. Paul can't do that unless you keep 
hitting the site and letting him know when it doesn't work.
