Well, 'just for a laugh' is a purely subjective category, but it is a 
handy one if something is otherwise OT, but made you giggle and you'd 
like to share, nonetheless. Very necessary, I find, if you come 
across a funny post after acres of shipping...

Personally, I'd certainly click it for all of Joywitch's Want Ads, 
and other Daily Prophet contributions!
