Anne:
It's my birthday!
Debbie:
Plus, I purchased a plane ticket yesterday and am leaving for Maine
in 15 minutes to spend my birthday being waited on hand and foot by
my in-laws.
C - one day late, but I hope you both had a great day! Great nosh you
left us...here's a fabulous British pavlova recipe which I just
cooked up (sorry Ginger):
Meringue base:
6 egg whites (whipped to stiff peaks)
300g caster sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar (yes really)
50g dark chocolate, finely chopped
Beat in the sugar a spoon at a time to the whipped egg whites.
Sprinkle over cocoa, vinegar and chocolate and fold in gently.
Spread into a circle on silicone paper and cook at 150C/gas 2 for
about 1 hour 15 min. Turn off oven at end of this time and leave to
cool in the oven. It will be dry on the outside but squidgy in the
middle.
Use a long flat knife to carefully remove the paper and place
meringue circle on a large plate. Spread with whipped cream and pile
on fresh raspberries or strawberries. Sprinkle more choc.
Try to prevent yourself eating it all at one sitting.

Debbie:
So, instead of Parenting/Child Abuse (1.1.7), I signed up for
Equality and Fairness (1.1.5) which has half the posts, to ensure
that I finish by the 16th. Carolyn, if you greatly prefer me to do
child abuse, speak up because I won't begin until I return on Tuesday.
C - Debbie, I wouldn't inflict the child abuse category on anyone who
didn't step up and volunteer ! Frankly, randomly deleting every other
post would be my approach, or maybe the whole lot...

KathyW:
I know Fred and George share a code and the Creeveys do too, but I'm
wondering if we should split the Creevey boys?
C - my vote is to keep them together for now till we see what
happens. It would be just like Jo have invented them for a bit of
background colour and nothing else. Like Kneasy, I fondly hope they
become can(n)on fodder..but

Ginger:
we may need to add a sub categoty for that Redeemed! or
Not! Draco.
C - I am happy to do that now if you like. It is a theme which
constantly occurs - BetsyHP is the latest enthusiast I notice.

Ginger:
I know how to enter into the database which section I am reviewing. I
have been to the file section. I have opened files, including
revised definitions, and I still have no idea what I am supposed to
be doing there.
C - never fear, there is nothing you can do with those files. I was
hoping that I could create definition Word files which we could all
edit, but it seems Yahoo won't let me.
So, the only way forward is for me to keep those Definitions files up
to date myself and continually upload new versions to the group.
Unfortunately, I am very behind with that, and I will try to make
time to bring them up to date shortly.
Unless you meant the definitions files in the database section? All
you have to do there is re-write the definition of the section which
exists there after you have finished your review, and then put
Ginger/edited to show you have done it. Shortly I will breeze through
that database and upload the changed definitions into the live
catalogue.

Ginger:
On a different note- you know those random posts that weren't coded I
talked about earlier? I'm finding more. About a half dozen aside
from the batch of 100. Are we missing these or is someone rejecting
during a review and forgetting to add the reject coding? I'm coding
them as I go along, but so far they've all been rejects.
C - erm, according my list that group of 100 that you found (42701-
42800) were Potioncat's, but Sean volunteered to do them, so not sure
what happened there <g>. I also continually find odd ones not coded
and just deal with them. Some people code by thread rather than one
by one, and it is rather easy to miss out posts doing that. They may
also be mis-coded rejects, as you say..
I am hoping that Paul will write me an analysis routine which will
find such posts, but he's too busy right now.
