Reject rate prediction

If we're looking for process validation here, we should be checking to see
how many boxes are ticked per post on average. THAT has got to be on the
decline with all of this reviewing eliminating extra ticks all over the
place.

Which reminds me, I heard the Tick animated series is returning to the small
screen! Not that I'll be able to watch until post-HBP, missus <ducks head to
avoid flying cannon>. But if you haven't seen it before, give it a gander.
Intelligently stupid, if that's possible. Of course, my wife says that of me
all the time, but I'm never sure if it's supposed to be a compliment....

Back to Prophecies now (almost done, then comes the big guy: DD!)
