Returning some reviews

Kelly strolls into the empty catalogue office and over to her desk,
which is covered in files. Picking up six of the files, she walks
over to Miss Havisham's desk and drops them in the "Finished reviews"
tray. She glances at a calander on the wall, then to the nine files
still stacked on her own desk, then again at the calender, and an evil
grin slowly spreads across her face. She quickly gathers up all the
files, returns to Miss Havisham's already overflowing desk and adds
her files to the top of the mountain, with a small memo attached:

====================================================================

Well, I failed spectacularly in my goal to finish all my review
sections before leaving on this trip. And so I'm going to have to
turn the work over to you and the rest of the catalogue team. The
following categories are the ones remaining from my review allocations...

3.16.0 Hogwarts- General (83 posts)
-----------------------------------

This was the dumping ground for everything that was previously coded
to 3.16 Hogwarts School. From what I've seen, everything here
actually belongs in one of the 3.16 subcategories, and were probably
placed here prior to the creation of the appropriate subcategory.
After all posts are reviewed and recoded, this category should be
empty and able to be deleted.

3.16.4.1 Sorting process (352 posts)
------------------------------------

This category can probably be trimmed a bit due to the repetition I
saw while reviewing other categories. For all the discussion of how
and why the sorting hat makes the decisions it does. I was also
putting posts here that theorized as to which houses various adults
belonged (unless the post argued for one particular house).

3.16.4.5 House championship, points system & house cup (138 posts)
------------------------------------------------------------------

Haven't looked much at this one.

3.16.5 School discipline system, general (76 posts)
---------------------------------------------------

Or this one either, although I'm guessing it will probably have some
overlap with 3.16.4.5.

3.16.5.1 Prefects & head boy/girl (140 posts)
---------------------------------------------

At first glance, this one seems to be in pretty good shape, although a
review is still necessary.

3.16.6 Teachers (152 posts)
3.16.6.1 Teaching methods (247 posts)
3.16.6.2 Textbooks (26 posts)
3.16.6.3 Exams (58 posts)
-------------------------------------

Haven't looked at these yet

3.8.6.10 Sorting Hat (143 posts)
--------------------------------

For posts about the sorting hat as an entity, i.e. where it keeps its
brain, whose thoughts it's channeling, etc. Most of the posts here
need to be moved to 3.16.4.1 Sorting process.

====================================================================

Kelly pauses, then, fearing for her safety,quickly adds to her memo

====================================================================

P.S. Paul and I successfully completed my computer setup, so I'll be
able to return to coding as soon as I'm settled in on the ship. Who
knows, I may even be able to challenge you, Sean, and Ginger for the
"Fastest Coder" title.

====================================================================

Satisfied, Kelly turned and left the catalogue office. Down the
street at Boyd's, a party was in full swing. I really should pack,
Kelly thought, but you know, maybe just one drink...
