Catalog moved

I've finally moved the Catalog site off my home computer and onto a
real server.  The server we're not using is the FictionAlley test
server.  But it should offer a higher transfer rate for everyone but me.

The URL is http://catalog.hpfgu.org:443/

You'll need to continue to use the :443.  Once we have a finished set
up, that can be discontinued.

Carolyn will post once she's checked the new site out.  But from my
perspective you're free to use the new URL.
