Sorry, I just couldn't leave that word "dense" on there, you goose. ;)
I just had a quick browse through the posts. I think the category
makes sense for posts discussing the generalities of the subject as we
find or don't find them in the text. Even when posts discuss
particular characters, many of them are really using them as examples
to discuss the culture in general. The only ones that wouldn't belong
are posts that deal with a specific family in particular (e.g. ones
about who wears the pants in the Weasley family).
Maybe the definition could be modified to something more like this:
"For discussions households and families in the WW in general,
including those generalising from specific examples."
Er... maybe someone will come up with a better one.
But, I do think it's a valid category. Lots of people are interested
in the workings of the WW in general (like, how many students in
Hogwarts, how does the economy/government/healthcare work, etc.).
