Hmm, I seem to remember having to be rather ruthless and actually
reviewing it twice to get it down as far as I did.  I would think that
3.5.4 would be the proper place for those posts rather than in the
geography section.  Roughly how many do you have that are in question?  

Me again:

Way too many, about 25-30 (90% of the category).  They definitely
don't belong where they are now.  I'll look through them more closely
and see if any are worth saving for 3.5.4, and toss the rest.
