Miss H apparated back in to the Catalogue office on a Saturday
morning after hearing a chorus of complaints from the team:
Snow:
Thanks for link but I still can't get in. Paul may need to allow
access
again; I think my IP changed.
Anne:
I was considering emailing Dot and Sean about their sections. Since
we haven't heard back from Snow about getting in, I'm wondering if
Paul is AWOL and someone will have to take over for Dot in any case.
Kathy:
Well, erm, you see, I can't get in. Not sure if I've forgotten the
password,
or if the site doesn't recognise me...It has been a while...
Carolyn:
I've emailed Paul twice now this week, and will do so again this
week. I don't know what the problem is really, as I have had no
difficulty getting in, and I thought it wasn't on his personal server
anymore but on the fictionalley server, and hence not firewall
protected. Sorry abut this..
Ginger:
I'm not sure about the rest.
As long as I have everyone's ears, I have noticed as I have been
moving LV things around that there are a lot of posts marked for
review coding. Some have no notations at all, and others say
something like "moved out of _____".
Since we are at the end of things, I've been removing review codings
if they seem like they would be unnecessary. Is this a good thing/
Or should I wait? I know most of the things I put as review coding
were things I have uncoded from a certain cat and I made a note so
that no one else would go in and recode them.
Comments?
Carolyn:
I would go right ahead Ginger and deal with the review coding as you
see fit. You are closer to the posts than anyone right now I think!
We, correction, you wonderful guys, must be getting close to
finishing the review process by now? I'll do a chaser to Tim as well
to see if he's done anything further on the website. It would be an
amazing achievement to get this section of the catalogue launched by
the time of publication of the final book!
