Let the party begin.

At this point, the only comment I have to make is that the psrt that 
says "powers and plans" is actually housing only posts about his 
powers.  The plans went under agenda.

So, for my next trick, I'm going into that review coding section and 
I'm going to pull out all the posts (at least 100, if memory serves me 
right) that I put in there when I was doing the shipping categories.  
I'll also pull out anything that I know for sure what to do with.  
Everything else I'll leave for those who reviewed them.
