Yes, they are.

That's right; the person(s) keep creating fake ids and are trying to 
do their damage that way.

They are; we've tried to avoid how restrictive the various features 
have to be, so genuine list members can still access and upload and 
so on.  The way the groups are now set, members can view everything 
but for the databases (I'm creating text files of those so the info 
can still be accessed, though), but for members to upload anything 
(links, pics, files, entries for any of the database tables, etc.) 
all you'd have to do is contact us.  Working around this is very 
easily done.
