While we are at it, there is similar service to yahoo groups at
google: http://groups-beta.google.com/
I was able easy create such group there and it appears that such group
has all needed features. (And Google search included).
I am not advocating moving to Google groups (they are still in beta)
but it might be a solution if there is need to move out from
Yahoogroups.
