Archive 3 - Missing 59000 to 59999

I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but in Archive 3, the files in
the 59000 to 59999 block are missing. 

Are those really lost, or did someone just forget to upload them?

Could that be corrected, I'm downloading the entire archive to my
computer.

Also, when is the next planned update of the archives?
