OOOOooooh, I see, okay, I apologize.  I'm sorry, I must've mis-read it.  My bad.  :-)

As for what was really meant, yes, I can see the problem, too.  I was assuming that it would 
be either figured from midnight at GMT (Goblins' Magical Time), or it would be each poster 
according to their own midnight.  Hmmmm.
