Posting limits--not the same as setting limits

Greetings Elves--and Fellow Feedback members

I was thinking maybe it would add some volume on those days when 
threads start waving if we didn't have to count our replies before they 
posted. So I've come with a question. Is the 5 post per day limit still 
in effect?

A. Yes, and now we have our eye on you.

B. Yes, but we don't enforce it.

C. No, and why weren't you paying attention when it was announced?
