beginning of January, but fear that I am busy on the 6th and so will 
not be able to get to London the following day."

Likewise, I have a sinking feeling that that is the Monday I will 
need to be back at university, so unless anybody fancies a Brighton 
meet up (I know many good pubs and an excellent restaurant on the 
seafront *vbg*) then I probably won't be able to make it.  I'll look 
into the matter, as I'd love to be there, but it might be difficult 
for me to wrangle time up in London.
