...because One Good Time Deserves A Sequel.

I am in the process of applying to the National Endowment for the
Humanities Summer Seminars. There are several dozen of these,
however, I am applying to two.

One is in Nottingham. My second choice of program, because it's
about the Industrial Revolution.

The other is about post-colonialism, and it's in...

...cental London.

Six weeks again--last week of June until the first week of August.

I really ought to stay my butt here and teach summer school... but
I'm such a wuss. I've become a positive Anglophile and I miss you
guys!

Instead of myself and my college paying my way through Oxford ($7000
that I'll be paying back over the next 10 years), this particular
program, if accepted, would pay a very modest stipend... imagine
that, paying teachers to go to London! Gotta love America, eh?

I am sending it to you because you guys know London better than I do.

What do you think? Should I go for it? Suggestions? Caveats?
