As to when, Neil is away (funnily enough, in Australia and New Zealand) 
for most of March, so if we arrange something for that month, he won't 
be gracing us with his presence.  So, we can either wait until he gets 
back and until Liz has had a chance to settle in (sometime in April), or 
we could have a small, impromptu meet before then, and have another when 
Neil gets back.

I'd like to say Welcome too ! I am up for a meeting, depending ont he date as well ! I shall be moving sometime in the middle of March ( solicitors willing ! ), but would love to meet up if I can !
