Martine mentioned she's out of the country between 11 and 22 March, and, for
info, I'm away from 8 - 25 March.  For me, early April would be good, but I
guess you don't *have* to wait for me to get back.  If you do meet up
without me, I will sulk and jump up and down in a great big strop, but since
I'll be on other side of the planet, you probably won't notice much more
than a slight tremor...
