Well, it's never failed before, and it's very straight forward - there 
is only one taxi rank at Charing Cross, and that, coupled with Next, 
makes it pretty hard to miss.  There is outside seating for the coffee 
shop - it's one of the chains, but I'm not sure which - I think that 
it's Costa.  I'll check beforehand, anyway.
