Accio: open for registration

Accio are pleased to announce that their website and registration 
are now open for their first conference between 29-31st July 2005 at 
Reading University, UK.

of this site are still under development, but please feel free to 
check it out.

Registration

Attendance at Accio 2005 is paid for through a club membership fee. 
Accio has two types of membership available: supporting and 
attending. Supporting membership gives you the conference 
publications, and the chance to vote in future club ballots on 
conference venues. Attending membership additionally gives you 
attendance at Accio 2005.

The membership fees will be:
Residential membership	        £180
Residential en-suite membership	£215
Non-residential membership	£140
	

	
FOR A LIMITED PERIOD OF TIME THESE PRICES WILL BE REDUCED BY £20, AS 
A BONUS FOR EARLY BOOKING. This offer applies until the 31st October 
2004. Hurry, spaces are limited. Please also note that there will be 
a further price increase in early 2005 for which we will give you 
one month's notice.

Supporting membership is available at £25, but is not subject to our 
limited period reduction.

Earlybird membership will therefore be:

Residential membership         £160
Residential membership         £195
Non-residential membership     £120

Please note that all forms of attending membership include the 
following: Friday evening dinner, morning and afternoon coffee/tea, 
Saturday lunch (sandwiches), Saturday Feast, Sunday morning 
coffee/tea and Sunday lunch. Residential fees also include full 
English breakfast.

Initially we are only accepting cheques or bankers drafts in pounds 
sterling drawn on a UK bank account or agent. Those outside the UK 
should find that their bank can supply such a bankers draft. if 
that's a problem for you please register your interest by emailing 
register at ... and we'll let you know when these other 
mechanisms become available.

from our website, http://www.accio.org.uk  in  PDF or WORD format, 
print it out, complete it and send your payment made out to Accio 
UK, to:

It would also be useful to us to know where you first heard about 
Accio 2005. 

We are anticipating a high demand for this event, so to ensure you 
don't lose out, book now!

Just to reiterate, if you believe that paying by cheque or sterling 
draft is likely to cause you a problem, then please contact us. We 
will reserve your place and contact you as soon as credit card 
booking becomes available. We will keep your reservation for a 
further 2 weeks after this time to allow payment to reach us.

We are also hoping to offer payment by 3 instalments. If this system
