Sounds wonderful Gemma, thanks. Ben suggested Flitwick had good rail links from London, do you know any more about it? Is it worth a visit for reasons other than it's name shared with the charms Proffessor?
Also, when would folk be free in September?
thanks for not thinking I'm barmy:)

Hi Sam!
I would definitely be up for a HP tour - something I've been thinking
about for a while actually! I have a travel and tourism background
and have organised numerous trips and events before, both small and
large so would love to be involved in any organisation!

difficult for those who rely on public transport though. Having said
that, however, I'd be up for it!! So it won't be me saying you're
barmy!!! . . . Maybe it's a nurse thing though. . . ;o))

(Good luck to Jo:) )

read a bit of PS to my nephew and found myself more engrossed than he
was. I discovered the fandom in the desperate wait for OoP to be
released last year. I don't think I've ever posted to the main HPFGU
list because I'm always too far behind in posts to have anything new
or interesting to add. I do enjoy the weekly chat though. I get away
with sharing half-formed ideas there.

couldn't help noticing an attractive-looking little village called
Snape on a map of Suffolk. There was a Flitwick somewhere near
Bedford too, although I don't know anything about it yet. Then
there's always the film locations, we could have a series of day
trips/weekends to make up a Harry Potter pilgrimage.

I find out even other adult Harry Potter fans think I'm a bit barmy;)
