Oh the John Williamsness. :)
The problem I have with Williams is that all too often he tries to use
music to manipulate the emotions, to kindly inform us that: "This is a sad
scene!", or "This is an awesome special effect!". Music should set a
tone, but it should not be condescending to the audience.
