Ian Hart's credits

I was looking up various members of the cast in a movie database, 
and when I came to Ian Hart's screen and TV credits, I had to laugh 
because one of them is a 1998 film called Snitch!  Since he's listed 
second in the cast, after Denis Leary, he seems to have had a rather 
large part.  Most of the other cast members are not familiar to me, 
other than Famke Janssen and Colm Meany.  I just found this to be a 
funny almost-Harry-Potter connection before Hart made the Harry 
Potter film.
