Cindy, I love your idea of the bleachers suspended - how very magical.  
I just had a lightbulb moment, though about Moody's shenanigans inside 
the maze.  It could be possible that Moody had on his invisibility 
cloak at the time.  Remember, as Crouch Jr. he tells Dumbledore that 
he was wearing one when he killed his father.

I guess from here on in we should take this discussion back to the 
main site if we want to dissect this further.
