[HPFGU-Movie] Servus Snape an attractive character??

She certainly wanted to make him an intriguing character and successfully so- he's by far the most pluridimensional personality in the books. As for being physically attractive... I think JKR used, and again with great success, the romantic 19th century cliché of the dark brooding type (Heathcliffe, Mr. Rochester etc.)who, especially in female readers, provokes the typical "There has to be something more to him"- reaction. And after all, hair can be washed, teeth can be cleaned, and if the reason for his sallow skin is some liver disease, give him a few pills and the man will win Witch Weekly's "Most Charming Smile Of The Year" award.
