Quirrell and Harry

I also thought he was making Harry come towards him, though I think it 
could have been made more obvious.  Of course, there was nowhere else 
really for Harry to go, with all that fire behind him, but I don't 
think he would have gone over to the mirror of his own free will, 
knowing what its purpose was. Actually, I liked Ian Hart as Quirrel - 
he really looked the part, and I thought his turban was cool.  He did 
a good job making himself the least-likely suspect, and seemed very 
weak and harmless until the end.  The way he delivered the line "But I 
am never alone," looking up at the mirror, suddenly made him a very 
dangerous character.
