Brian Blessed also starred in Much Ado About Nothing, playing Emma 
Thompson's father.  He's currently starring in the West End in Chitty 
Chitty Bang Bang as Baron Bomburst -- there might be a photo of him

I agree... I don't think he'd be right for Mad Eye Moody.  He's a BIG 
man, and I see Moody as rather thin.
