Well, speaking as another "Amerimuggle" I've never met a child who 
would concern himself with the cost of any prescription, before 
spitting it out.  It seemed more like a visceral reaction on Harry's 
part, to the foul taste of the Skelegrow (*loved* the bottle, BTW).
