Hi there, (first post!)
I had noticed this as well. Also, when Prof. McGonagall transfigured
the bird to the goblet, she's on the left side of the classroom, but
later, once you see the backwards blackboard, the bird's perch is
behind her on the right. I'm assuming it's an editing mistake.
