Ooh, excellent choices! I'm definately with you on David Bamber and 
Rufus Sewell, though I'd have to disagree on a couple - how about: 

Aunt Marge: Julie T Wallace (played Ruth in The Live & Loves of She 
Devil)

Olympe Maxime: Miriam Margolyes (think she'd be so much better here 
than Professor Sprout - can just imagine her purring 
"Dumbleedore...") 

And "Dang!" (though in the nicest possible way) to the person who 
mentioned the Colin Firth "look." Now all I can think about is lakes 
and wet shirts <lol>
