Actually, I posted a poll asking this exact question.

I do believe the number one scene right now is the whole issue of 
Harry et. al. losing 150 points for Gryffindor and how much the other 
people can't stand them for it.  

Personally, I chose the opening scene with Malfoy (in the robes 
shop), because it really establishes Malfoy and clues us in to the 
different houses.  But after that, I'd probably vote for the rest of 
the hospital scene and the 150 points.
