Crest Question/Wand Shop

Does anyone know what the inscription on the Hogwarts' Crest stands for and 
what language it is supposed to be? (DRACO DORMIENS NUNQUAM TITILLANDUS) I'm 
not sure if I've missed this somewhere else or what.

Also, in the movie scene in the wand shop, is that music anywhere on the 
soundtrack? Just saw it for a fifth time, and I know there are a few other 
scenes like Diagon Alley and the Great Hall that are missing from the 
soundtrack. Just wondered if this was another one.
