Is is just me, or is Branagh's hair too short?
I always pictured Lockhart with long locks,
a la Fabio ("I can't believe it's not butter").

As for muggle clothing.... I don't think what 
he's wearing in that photo would go unnoticed
on the streets of the modern muggle world....
