I believe that you've aged most of these kids a year -- IMDB lists their birthdays 
thus:
Felton - September 87 
Grint - August 88
Radcliffe -- July 89
Watson -- April 90

So next month, Dan will turn 13, just as he's presumably beginning to film PoA, in 
which Harry is 13.  Rupert will be 14 in August and Felton will be 15 in 
September.  

Frankly, I think the news article that speculated about them aging too fast was 
far off the mark -- in film and television, the child actors are older than their 
characters more often than not. (As we've already seen with Felton and Grint.)  
On US television shows about high-school students, many of the actors  are in 
their twenties!
