Yes, this is the full text of the article that I cited in a post last
Wednesday. I was told that the ETA for OotP given in this report is
a lie and have been looking for any recent news items to feed the
hope that we don't have to wait quite THAT long. No luck so far...

Nevertheless, much thanks for tracking down the link. :)

I know I've said this before, but it bears repeating...Cuaron is the
director of "A Little Princess," which I adored. Just saw Cuaron's
"Y Tu Mama Tambien" yesterday and am blown away by Cuaron's range as
a director - "Y Tu Mama Tambien" is a VERY different movie than "A
Little Princess" in terms of themes and tones, though both deal with
issues involved with the coming of age and both stories are very well
told cinematically.

If you want to "check out" Cuaron, especially if you are not of age
yet <wink>, take a gander at "A Little Princess" and not JUST see "Y
Tu Mama Tambien" if you want to get a more complete idea of his
abilities.

Now, now, let's not typecast the guy. :) Colin Firth's body of work
isn't the most diverse...but that seems to be due to the fact that
he's got YEARS to go before moving from playing leading man to
playing character parts and not because he's a poor actor.

I haven't seen the current "Importance of Being Earnest" yet but
besides "Bridget Jones's Diary," he's probably most famous for
playing Mr. Darcy in "Pride and Prejudice," a fabulous mini-series
that you should be able to find at libraries or video stores; if you
liked "Bridget Jones," you will want to check out its inspiration.
Before "P&P," he played the title character in "Valmont," also worth
renting. Both of those characters have varying shades of darkness
and mystery.
