>(Ooh.. Jim Broadbent would be a good Ludo Bagman too..)

Amanda! Good call!! I can definitely see that! All bouncy-bouncy and bigger than life like Harold in Moulin! Wow.....he'd make a great Ludo."Everything's going so well!" (Yes, I'm another big fan of Moulin Rouge)

Not someone I would have thought of - but an inspired idea! Broadbent is a fine comedian with a true actor's sense of timing and pathos - he would bound about but could conjure up that * hunted look * when being chased by Goblins or Fred and George Weasley.

Incidentally, I had not thought of Ewan McGregor as Remus Lupin but seem to remember that he shot to fame (if that's the right word...) as a drug addict in a film who's name I have forgotten (but someone will remember...) Anyone who can play that kind of character plus a Star Wars hero (or whatever I haven't seen the film yet....) has got to have the range.

Finally, before seeing the film I would have said nah! the kids are probably replaceable. Now - no way. Could there ever be another Ron Weasley that Rupert Grint?
