Stuck In Spanish

To everyone in the US: Is anyone else stuck in Spanish?

I own both the Standard and Widescreen US DVDs.  Since I used the DVD menu to switch to Spanish on each one, now, whenever I put the DVD in and play it, it defaults to Spanish, no matter how many times I use the DVD menu to switch it back to English.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Does anyone know how to clear the memory on a low-end Panasonic DVD player?  It's not in the manual...
