Chamber Trailer Nitpicking

Ok, the Chamber trailer is really good, but...

1. Where's the squeaky Dobby voice?

2. Why did the car have to be in front of the train? I like the humor 
of the situation but aren't Harry and Ron supposed to be keeping out 
of sight up above?

3. I think there still won't be a Prof. Binns in this movie... it 
seems that McGonagall is doing the explaining of the Chamber legend 
to the students.

4. Who's that lying petrified guy? Obviously not Nearly Headless 
Nick -- too opaque. Not Colin -- black hair. Penelope and Hermione 
are girls. Justin is the only possibility left, but I think he's too 
big and adult-looking for a 12-year old.

5. The writing on the wall -- this was pointed out before on the-
leaky-cauldron.org: it's too high for Ginny, the letters are red 
instead of silver, and the childish writing is a bit of a giveaway.

6. I really think that the Gray Lady, being given much exposure in 
the movies, will play some important role in the later books.

7. What spell did Draco do on Harry?
