Hi, Penny - as one who quotes interviews often in her posts, is it 
allowable to quote *segments* of interviews or articles (along with 
providing the link)?  I don't want to violate copyright rules, so I'd 
like to be clear on whether the prohibition applies to fully 
reprinting the entire article, or also extends to quoting segments of 
an article.
