Quite true. Although de-petrification and regrowing bones wasn't 
quite *that* quick.

The fact that Harry was bruised and had a bandaged arm at the end of 
PS/SS worried me as well, even though at that stage I'd not even read 
the book. If Hermione could fix Harry's specs on the train even 
before she'd had any magical education, how could the school medical 
staff (there was no mention of Madam Pomfrey at that stage) not fix a 
couple of bruises?
