I believe what Warner Bros owns for all the books is the right to 
keep rivals at bay, which, according to the LA Times, they 
purchased for a mere $50,000 just before HP became a

(you'll have to rebuild the link) explaining why there'll be no HP 
movie next year and saying that Warners has closed a deal with 
Steven Kloves to script GoF, in one movie if possible, but two if 
its not.  I'd say it's not...
