Hear! Hear!  Who cares!  Ian McKellen is gay and out, and he did a 
much better job as Gandalf in Fellowship of the Rings than Richard 
Harris, who is definitely straight, did as Dumbledore.  They are 
acting, after all, not showing their real life personalities.
